The 20-year Medicare budget forecast

The CBO just released it’s ten-year budget outlook (PDF). One of the stories is that the federal debt is projected to be stable over the next decade. A relevant factor is what the Affordable Care Act will do to Medicare. I explain in my latest post on the JAMA Forum.
