Uwe Reinhardt has been unpacking some of the content of Arrow’s seminal 1963 paper that defined health economics. I promised this blog’s readers that I would continue to announce his posts as they appeared. Today is the third post (links to first and second posts). This third one includes content that inspired my own post last year. It is largely based on Reinhardt’s 2001 paper that goes into greater depth on Arrow’s.
