Sorry, everyone.  I was traveling and needed to focus on what I was doing.  I haven’t been able to answer all the great comments and questions on my ongoing series on health care costs, but I hope to get to them in the next 24 hours.  I also missed the 6 month anniversary of the PPACA and the Republican Pledge, but others have covered those to death; I’m not really sorry I missed those.
