Healthcare Triage: Trump’s Opioid Plan Largely Skips Prevention. Sad!

Trump’s White House commission on opioid abuse recently released recommendations on dealing with the opioid epidemic. The report was notably short on ideas for preventing opioid abuse in the first place. That is not because there are no good ideas for prevention. Here are a bunch of them.
