Last week, in Orlando, we suffered a terrible tragedy when almost 50 people were killed at a gay nightclub in Orlando. But as a wise man once said, it’s only when it’s darkest that you can see the stars.
Volunteers lines up around the block to donate blood. But it was feared that some might still be denied the chance to give and help save lives. This is because it’s still FDA policy that men who have had sex with other men in the last year are not allowed to give blood.
