I know there’s a lot in the media lately about Fox News and the White House. I’m not linking to it on purpose, because I’m just not that into it.
But let me say this – I was on Fox Business Channel last week with Neil Cavuto. I was on talking about Medicare-for-all. The interview was more than fair, Neil asked excellent questions, and I felt like he was listening to my answers and thinking about what I had said. I’ve been on many shows, with both a conservative and liberal slant, and believe me when I say that there are many, many times that doesn’t happen.
Today, I opened my mail and found a hand-written thank you note from Neil Cavuto. Totally unexpected. Unbelievably classy.
I know Fox Business Channel isn’t Fox News, but we should be careful not to paint with too wide a brush when describing people, shows, and networks.
