Longtime friend of the blog, Brad Flansbaum, sent me this essay a few weeks ago. I just got back from clinic, a little annoyed and a lot distracted, and I decided finally to sit still and read it.
My god, Claude Matuchansky can write. It was also perfect timing in reminding me that the crap that happens in clinic isn’t what’s important.
Take a few minutes and reward yourself. The essay isn’t long. You’ll be happy you spent the time to read it. Or, you can download audio of Abagail Murdy reading it here, or listen to it below.
