My parents, who are responsible directly and indirectly for all that I know, e-mailed me to tell me that the term “grok” (first used on this blog in a post earlier today) was totally new to them. In fact I had consciously avoided the term in the past posts thinking it too much slang. But it is so useful I’m not going to be bashful about it from now on.
Anyway, what’s the age above which the average American doesn’t grok “grok”? Or is it not an age thing?
