JAMA Forum: States Wrangle Over Obamacare’s Health Insurance Exchanges

There have been any number of articles focusing on states’ deciding whether to implement exchanges. I think many of them are forgetting the debate of just a few years ago as to whether a national or state-based exchange is superior. I review all this, and offer my two cents on the issue over at the JAMA Forum.
