Hmmm, your data don’t quite match up with what I get from OECD, but just a little difference…and your eco-santé link is “subscriber only” so it’s not verifiable…Some of my French colleagues would argue that the “omnipraticiens” included in the second table would not be GPs…but DREES lists them that way:
