Another view of the mess of the US health care system

Andrew Gelman went and remade the chart I talked about last week.  It’s worth another look:

You’re looking at life expectancy versus health care spending per person.  The area of the circle is the number of doctor visit per year.  Andrew thinks the other chart was misleading.  I’m not sure I agree, but his is clear nonetheless.
